LIRPA5266, software updates are in place to improve the performance of your device; not cause more issues. We apologize for this inconvenience. Have you powered your device off/on since retrieving that software update?


Let's make sure that the sounds on your device are turned up in Settings>Sound & Notifications>Drag the slider left to right to adjust level.
