Phone ringing and vibrating, when I get an incoming call, but I cant answer, there's no icon alert or anything to open the call, have tried swiping, opening dialer, and several choice words.... nothing.. HELP
Does the screen light up to indicate who is calling?

What do you mean "homescreen"? Is the phone locked when these calls come in? Is the caller ID displayed?
Is it possible to you have the phone set to automatically go to voicemail?
