This is a very strange activation issue! For what I read, you have never been able to make calls with your phone. Did you purchase your phone from us? If so, did you buy it online or at a Verizon Wireless store? If you are within the 14 days Worry Free Guarantee period, please return the device to store and get a replacement. If the phone was not purchased from us, please contact the third party retailer for warranty details.
