when phone was activated everything worked except calls. took it to Verizon store where they replaced sim card and same problem. put sim in different phone and calls worked along with text and browse. why will phone call not work?

This is a very strange activation issue! For what I read, you have never been able to make calls with your phone. Did you purchase your phone from us? If so, did you buy it online or at a Verizon Wireless store? If you are within the 14 days Worry Free Guarantee period, please return the device to store and get a replacement. If the phone was not purchased from us, please contact the third party retailer for warranty details.
