my razor maxx is locked on emergency call dial pad?

I see we've got ourselves a cell phone emergency. Well, you'll be happy to know it's nothing we can't fix. Have you tried turning your phone off and then back on again? How about turning it off, removing the SIM for at least 60 seconds, and then restarting? Please give that a shot to begin. If it doesn't help, please hold the volume down and power key simultaneously until it powers off. You should be good to go but we hope to hear back if not.
