turbo charge

I recently upgraded from a razr to a turbo, but I can't find how to turbo charge it.  When I plug it in, it charges slowly like the old phones did?  is there a setting or something I need to do?

Are you using the charger that came witht he phone?  I believe the turbo charge is only good to turbo charge the first half of the battery to 50 percent  after that it is not turbo charging speed.  That would kill a battery in months
