I have been trying for weeks to redeem the $50 Xbox gift card. I’ve spoken to numerous customer service reps who tell me the same thing over and over, but the error still occurs. It keeps giving the error message I’ve seen so many people complaining about. “The requested URL is not found on this server”.
I would like to redeem the Xbox gift card, but I was told that if it can't be fixed that a $50 Verizon Gift Card could be issues instead.
