Can't redeem Amazon Echo Show

I purchased Fios on Oct 2022 which included an offer to redeem an Echo Show 5. However, since then, I've received the emails prompting me to redeem it, but the link (verizon.com/HomeOffers) it provides does not lead me to a page that includes the Echo Show 5.
Please help me redeem my offer.
