Home and Mobile Discount is missing !

I have had Fios for many years.  I added mobile in November.  Four bills have come out and I still have not gotten the mobile plus home discount even though I am enrolled.  When I log in to my Fios account, the account details show the discount but it is not being applied to my bill.  Please help!
