Hello,
Cutting to the chase: I am unable to claim my $50 xbox offer (exp Aug 03) and my $100 verizon credit (which was supposed to be redeemable 3/11/23) has disappeared from account.
I've tried to claim the xbox offer several times and it always leads to a page that says, "The requested URL was not found in this server. Go to MyVerizon home >"
I would kindly like a resolution.
