I subscribed to Verizon Fios and was promised a sound bar. When i asked the first month - they said i will receive an email after few months of bill payment- but i never did receive. Now i am being told - they offer already expired. I have no idea - why they promise something - without giving us a chance to redeem. Not sure if anything can be done
