My friend is overseas in Singapore and is calling me through skype.
Does anyone know if the calls I recieve from overseas VOIP calls are charged?

Ahh, ok. Well still no cause you didn't MAKE the call, you just received the call. They are the one that is being "charged".

No. Skype billing has nothing to do with FiOS. Skype to Skype calls are free, if you call someone to a landline/cell you would need credit. You should read up more about skype on their website...

. Ah, no. What I mean is that I'm getting calls on my verizon cellphone from my friend overseas. She is using skype/a voip program. I was wondering if I would be charged extra for getting her calls.
