I am pretty sure the answer is NO.
But you are asking peers here as these forums are peer to peer.
Personally I wouldn't want no passcode, as then anyone from anywhere could then retrieve your voicemail.
I meant from your home phone.
Still don't think its possible.
And even from home phone not everyone would want this. Would mean they would have to make it a special option. Don't see them doing so.
