have been trying to add a number to my call block list - we are area code 610 and the number at issue is area code 484 - won't let me add to list and when i spoke with csr, they told me can't block that number from our home phone - do not want to go the harrassing call route just yet - what is the sense of having this feature when there are so many limitations? - customer for 30-plus years, but seriously considering switching - thanks..
Not sure what service you have, but for Verizon Digital voice you can call block from the Verizon website. No problem with different area codes.
