I order call forwarding in May and I still can't get it to work. Anyone can help me it would be great

The site that you gave me , was the one I already done. I followed the direction , but as soon as I enter the *72 I get a busy singal. Can't get any thing entered. This stinks. I talked to Verizon back in May and they said it would be available May 12 and still having trouble.
