Caller ID not showing up on TV

We just had our services switched from Cox to Verizon, and I have enabled the Caller ID but it's not showing up. Been a few days and still nothing, what do I need to do to get this working?

I am having same problem on all my TVs. I attempted to get support - but then was disconnected when the support rep had me reset my router back to defaults (which did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to resolve the issue). How can I get this working again.
