For some reason, my caller ID only shows on the TV and no longer shows on my telephone screen. I also lost my Guide data and resolved that by resetting the settop box. I restarted my router because I remember that some data comes through there too, but no luck on the Caller ID. Any ideas? (I have FIOS)
CallerID on the phone does not go through the router or STB.
Try a different phone.
If that doesn't work, test a phone using the test jack on the ONT. If CallerID doesn't work there, it's a problem with Verizon and you'll need to contact them. If it does work, then you've got a problem with your phones and/or phone wires inside your home.
