Calling features not available on IPhone

While I could access calling features on my Android phone and tablet, I do not seem able to do so on my IPhone 5. So to block calls to my land line appearing in Call Logs or to activate and deactivate call forwarding I have to take my old Android phone with me when I travel. Strange limitation for a popular mobile phone?
