Calls dropping *and* voicemail doesn't pick up

Anyone else having these problems with FiOS landline digital voice?

* When people call my landline, my voice mail doesn't pick up. Happens intermittently

* Landline calls drop mid-conversation. Happens intermittently.

I believe these problems started in early 2015, but they were rare. Now they're more frequent.

If it helps any, I live in Lynn, MA.
