Can't send fax on my digital voice line

Ever since they fixed the problem with slow uploads on the internet side, I'm unable to reliably send a multipage fax on my digital voice line....using an HP fax machine that has always worked.

I threw a fax modem on it, and it can't send either.

Do you/they  have to provision something?  Tech support is useless

You mentioned multipage faxes specififcally. Just want to verify then that you are able to send page faxes? Are you able to receive faxes without issue? When you encounter the failure, do you see any error messages displayed?
