I have Verizon Digital Voice. I checked my plan on Verizon.com and confirmed that I have Verizon Digital Voice. I signed up for Nomorobo's landline service and followed the instructions, which included enabling Nomorobo on Verizon's Digital Voice Account Manager. However, whenever I try to navigate to the Digital Voice Account Manager, all Verizon shows me is a page that's trying to sell me Digital Voice Service. As noted above, I already have Digital Voice Service, and have had it for years (ever since it became available in this area). How do I get around this?

Thanks. I called them already, and was on hold so long that I had to give up. I guess I'll have to try again.
