I want to be able to lock my FiOS home phone line so that my father, who is a senior citizen with alzheimer's, can't make outgoing calls unless I dial a secret code or number for him first. Is this possible? He tends to call up stores and try to order things over the phone and I'm tired of hiding the phone from him.
