I just signed for internet and phone service. My bill includes a $3.75 Directory Listing Fee each month. What is that for? Is it required? If it is not required how do I cancel it?
New one on me. Interesting in that in the past it was aways extra to not have a directory listing.
Yes, same thing for me. I tried once to get it to stop, but all they did was credit fot two months of bill, then start charging it again. The customer service rep did nto even know - or find - the correct info, that is plainly posted on fiod website, for the charge.
