False Caller ID display on POTS line moved to FiOS, Caller ID not subscribed.

For unknown reasons Verizon moved my POTS line to a FiOS ONT.

Now when I get an incoming call my phone dipslays "Unknown Number and Private Name." I did not get this display before the line was moved to FiOS. In addition, The line is not subscribed to Caller ID. This false display is very annoying.
