Fios Digital Voice Not Available

Hello all,

I’m puzzled as to Fios Digital Voice is not available. Other than just the can answer, “it’s not available in your area.

I have Fios broadband service (1g) and Northern Va (

Unlike older Verizon voice products/services which are provided by legacy digital switches (5E, DMS-10 or 100), Fios Digital Voice service is provided by a packet-based switch.

Verizon may not have such a switch in the area. 🤔
