I moved to a new apartment where the phone jack was already available. The tech person said that he is going to replaec the phone jack. I said ok to it. But he never mention that there was a charge associated to it. also not provided any receipt. When I got my first bill, it was charged $95 for the first jack installation. I was shocked. Called customer care and they did apologize for it, but they will not take out this amount from my bill...
I have no idea why the tech person replaced a jack which was already present & then charging me $95. I have paid the remianing portion of the bill and will wait for Verizon response to resolve this issue...
