Sirs:
I am receiving harassing phone calls on my landline phone from an unknown caller who does not leave caller info and does not say anything. Can you tell me how to get a call log of incoming calls and advise how to block out this caller?

The My Fios app has a section that lists incoming & outgoing calls. Fios Digital Voice allows you to block calls where the originator disables their calling telephone number. To activate that feature, press *77. To deactivate the feature, press *87.
The feature used to have a couple of loopholes (not sure if it still does) in that if someone calls you while using telephone service that does NOT assign an originating number, the call would get past the filter. Another way calls got past the filter was if the originating caller sent a calling number that had more or less that the standard 10 digits.
Either way, try enabling the reject feature and see if it makes a difference. 🙂
