I have just changed my service to include the Freedom Essentials.
My question is: do I have access to multiple mailboxes?
It is not clear from the Verizon emails that I received whether multiple mailboxes
is a feature that is included.
My voice mail menu does not present it as an option.
Perhaps, if it is included with Freedom Essentials, it needs to be activated by a request.
