How to block calls from a certain phone number?

We have a Verizon land line in NY state and constantly receive calls from an unwanted source.  We would like to block all incoming calls from that phone number.

Is that possible?

Hi, depends on which type of Verizon Phone service you have.

There is call block features, but they work differently for each one..

Try these two links.  If you have Fios Digital Voice the First one is the best way to do it, and you can log in at www.verizon.com/fiosvoice (same sign on as your myverizon.com)  and you can do it all online.

If it's standard phone service then click on the second one.

Thanks for the response.  We have standard, non-FIOS Residential service in NY state.  All I can see that we get is call blocking, ie. preventing someone else from seeing our number when dialing them,

Any other ideas would be welcome...

Bummer. It seems like they are changing the Verizon site around because I'm having some login issues

having the same problem with the regular, non Fios plan. bummer.
