How to turn off voicemail?

I'd like to turn off voicemail which prevents my answering machine from picking up. How do I do that?

Counter-intuitive as it sounds you have to Place an Order (follow the 888-553-1555 phone prompts as if you wanted to buy something) to remove this permanently. The sales professionals must alter your package for you.
