Clarification, when attempting to make an outbound call, a recording saying that your voicemail isn't set up? When someone tries to call you, what does the caller hear?
Has voicemail been setup?
Here at home, I have an Avaya business telephone system, so I don't actively use Verizon's voicemail as the KSU has an auto attendant and built-in voicemail. My workaround is to have the system answer incoming calls before Verizon's voicemail kicks in.
