You should send the Lifeline applaction to  the Verizon Lifeline  Dept.  this is very easy, How hard is this.

I did 4 lifeline discount applactions for my mom, uncle, aunt and friend,  I send couple times for them, it were all approved final. but wait almost 4 months.
