Is this a new thing Verizon is doing? I understand my bill is a little late ....just 2 days late to be exact and I only owe 44 bucks. I was planning to pay it Friday when I deposit my check. Are they really this cold hearted now that they can't wait just a few more days for such a small amount, or at the least, give a warning that they are going to shut it off? I checked my email again....nothing. No warning about cutting my service and nothing in the snail mail. I don't get it. What makes it worse, is that the virtual assistant is uselss in this situation and for some reason, I get a 404 error when I try to use the email contact for Verizon. So basically, I'm up the creek and don't know how to fix this.
