I have tried time and time again to get in touch with whoever would install a new landline at our nee house build. Hours of my time on hold to get nowhere. I need someone to contact me to run the line to this address. There is a current order in for a fios line, since it wouldn't accept an order for anything else, even though there's no fios available there. Really poor customer service and there should be a direct number for repair. Someone call or email me so we can get this done. I am ready to go to social media to get help if necessary...
