Hi pjguihan, your phone number is probably set as non public number which your number would come private when you call someone. You would need to talk to a rep in the billing department to remove your number from the non public list.

I wish that was the case. I have a 'Non Published Number" not an "Unlisted: number. In my case it still shows up on CID, but is not available to 411 operators or publications. Is there a non published number that a residential customer can get that will show "Private""
