Need Verizon Dispute Department

I need to get in touch with somebody at Verizon to dispute some bills.

When I moved, Fios was unavailable I moved to a landline. And the charges/stories from verizon have been changing on every bill. I can't get customer service to straighten out my account.

Nor can they give me access to my account online my profile has been screwed up since I moved so don't bother asking me to do anything on your website.

I just tried customer service for the last time a few minutes ago. And since the person I spoked to to 2 weeks agoentered notes contradicting what she told me she was going to do customer service is now telling me they can't help me.
