My idea is when the service comes back on, I will be canceling both the land line and my cell service.
The chat doesn't work on this site.
Can't get anywhere.
Bottom line is always, "Call 1-800-Verizon" Really? How will I be doing that?
I've had Verizon for a VERY long time.
People thought I was nuts. But I always fought for Verizon.
$133.00 plus each month and I can't even make a phone call.

The new Fios Interactive Media Guide on the TV is TERRIBLE! It is harder to read and the old one was better.

cancel yor service. i have not had service for over a month, and they do nothing. i have been on the phone waiting to speak to repair for 42 minutes transferred to 4 wrong departments. they should be fined.

i have been on the phone for more than 1 and a half hours, bounced from place to place trying to get repair in ny. yhey sent me to florida repair just before. so i am on hold again. and i have had no phone service for more than a month. i want to knowwhat cn bedone to fine this company. they are terrible.
