NoMoRobo Fios simultaneous ring number

Can someone supply me with the NoMoRobo number for simultaneous ring. Somehow the number was deleted and Verizon Customer support said they don’t know it and contact NoMoRobo. Messaged NomMoRobo from their web site but never received a reply. Caught in a catch 22 as Verizon’s Voice Portal will not re-populate the number because I have an “active” account. I can’t delete the account via NoMoRobo or Verizon and start all over (both sites do not have a way to delete except by deleting the simultaneous ring number) but nothing to delete since it is missing. Can someone check their Fios voice portal and supply me with the NoMoRobo simultaneous ring number. Thanks.

I don't have the particular number myself.

Is this the same as the Simultaneous Ring feature discussed on pages 19 & 20 in the Fios Digital Voice user guide? 🤔

Yes, it's the  Simultaneous Ring feature discussed on pages 19 & 20 in the Fios Digital Voice user guide. I need the NoNoRobo number shown in this feature to add. My simultaneous ring feature is blank but I am in a catch 22 in that I can't get the number to repopulate automatically since my account (both on Verizon and NoMoRobo) shows "active." Verizon customer service said they don't know the number and NoMoRobo has not responded to my message sent several days ago. Thanks dexman.
