HEY VERIZON, I'VE BEEN YOUR COSTUMER FOR THE LAST 13 MONTHS, AND HAS BEEN THE WORSE INTERNET, PHONE AND TV, (direct tv)  SERVICE THAT I NEVER HAD.  TODAY, SEP/15/2010 TRIED TO GET REPAIR SERVICE, AND YOUR TECHNICIAN WILL COME TO FIX MY PHONE PROBLEM NEXT MONDAY SEP/21, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????? I NEED THE PHONE LINE FOR MY FAX MACHINE, YOU KNOW?  I'M GOING TO TALK  TO MY FRIENDS THAT ARE THINKING TO GET YOUR SERVICE AND I'LL TRIED TO MAKE THEM CHANGE OF MIND, VERIZON IS THE WORSE SERVICE,  HEY CABLEVISION, WAIT ME, I'LL BACK TO YOU NEXT MONTH, I PROMISE IT.
