Verizon is following in the footsteps of Comcast/Xfinity with regards to providing poor customer service. Will someone please explain to me how to make contact with Verizon for any reason other than making a new purchase. I've wasted a good chunk of this evening trying to initiate an online repair request. Seemingly, no such capability. I've been trying to make contact with someone. Still - seemingly, no such capability. This is ridiculous! I have two separate landline phone lines. While servicing line #1, these bums CUT the wires for line #2, then changed the lay-out of their web site so that you cannot make contact with them, nor locate a phone # to call them directly. Any suggestions?
