REALLY!!!!! Turn off service when just 14 days late? You know us rural people cannot go anywhere else. You have horrible speeds on your very expensive plan. I've been with you for more than 30 years and have always paid, Even if a tad late and off it goes.....Wonderful.....
only 14 days late, you should be late payment charge, call C/S
