Phone Management Call History

When viewing my SECONDARY LINE in the Phone Management Dashboard, the call history is not displayed, but rather and error that says "THERE WAS EN ERROR IN RETRIEVING YOUR INFORMATION"
This is always the case. The call history never displays for the second line. The first line works perfectly well.
Please advise.
