Phone Modem Splitter

Hi, I am not sure if this is the right place  or  what it is called.

But where, how do you get one on the "splitter" where you plug in both the modem and phone.

Mine is very old and does not stay together.

Any thoughts, please?

Probably RadioShack if you're just looking for a splitter to connect 2 devices to one phone jack.

Thanks.It is a small thing and I do not remember where it came from.

I wonder if I can put a little glue on the plastic to keep it together.

What do you think?

Certainly you can glue it if the wire is okay.  But they are really cheap, some under a buck.

HI,   Thanks for the answer:   The wires are fine but  it is the phone wall plate, that  does not stayed closed..   I got this so long ago that I do not kno where....

Hi, I finally got a new splitter. But, now I have another issue. I cannot remove the old one that is in the phone jack,

Any thoughts please
