Phone.. No dial tone..

When Fios was installed at my house they ran the voice line to an old security system. I now removed the old security system from my house and the phone no longer works. I tried using the cat 3 wire they ran to the security system box to spice in to the phone line but have had no luck. (Blue/blue-white to green & red) please help.....

Try hooking the feed from the fios to the yellow/black at the alarm system.
