Phone box outside house

I have an old Bell Telephone Company box on my front yard that seems to feed the neighborhood.  The covers have fallen off leaving the inside wires exposed, and it looks like some of the components from the inside of the box have fallen out as well. How do I get someone to come out to repair it or (better yet) remove this box altogether? Thank you.
