Help please. Verizon said I had to switch to fiber optic line from copper or they would disconnect my service. I need my phone so I agreed. On 6/24, a tech showed up and installed all kinds of boxes. Within 48 hours, all but one of my phones stopped working. The one that is working gets all static and clicky after about 45 seconds. Also the caller id keeps coming and going. I called and they opened a repair ticket but the repair time is long overdue. I called back twice and they just keep saying they are working on it. My daughter plugged an extra corded phone into the phone jacks and got nothing. She also tried the outside service box but got nothing there either. Please how do I get my phones fixed?
