I am new to this please excuse me. I went to private support but there is a form listed I already filled out. Can I respond back to the person who email with a reply?

If you go to your profile page for the forum, and look down the middle towards the bottom you will find an area titled "My Private Support Cases".
There you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. If you click on that thread, you should be able to send the agent a comment.
Start a new topic or ask questions in the open forum.
