VERIZON,
There is no dial tone on the phone. No way of calling REPAIRS. Pls. send technician ASAP. Can't even report
on line.....I have a sick elderly at home. Even VERIZON WIRELESS signal in our area is so POOR. WE NEED HELP ASAP!!!!!!!! Thank you for your promp attention. {edited for privacy}

LOL, the online diagnostic is a joke that does and checks nothing. Always the same results telling you is is a problem on our end and a tech must be scheduled. Even with no tone at the verizon box outside, says its a problem in our house.
I am without service for the 4th time in 3 weeks. It just came back on yesterday morning and is dead again. No way to contach support other than to chat with someone in India. Today, they actually told me that they coould not help me and to try someone else later

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you.Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
Under “My Support Cases” you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".
Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.

I need to have a repair quickly. My daughter will call police for a wellness check if she can not reach me . My phone buzzes and I can not call out. There is little to no cell service here
