Website will not allow me to reschedule repair appointment. I have IE11 which should allow this change.
Have you cleared your cache? If that does not work, try a second browser.
Sorry, nothing works as suggested. When I "hit" [Reschedule] button, nothing happens.
Then your best bet is to call verizon and reschedule.
