Once again Verizon botched a simple vacation service restart. DSL service restored (and a self-congratulatory eMail sent to me this morning. When I got home, I find DSL is okay but no action on my temporarily disabled copper line. Last time this happened, the V Agent clearly stated that if only I had FIOS, this wouldn't happen. I guess this is how Verizon markets its FIOS......provide lousy service to copper lines until they finally surrender?? Have been on hold now for 30 minutes at 1 800 verizon.....customer servicee HA HA
