Can't Verizon do anything about Robo calls? I was reading where some other telcos are allowing their customers to use blocking technologies provided by the telco. Really, Verizon needs to do something. Federal Donot Call lists are no longer effective.
i agree. When I had Vonage I never rec'd so many calls.
If you have Digital Voice try a new free solution that won the FCC award for RoboCall blocking - it's at nomorerobo dot com . Maybe in a few years VZW will figure out how to defeat the more sophisticated and talented ROBO callers. Until then its call-blocking (with an artificial 10 number limitation) is ineffective and useless.
